Caracol Baby & Kids
The child store Caracol Baby & Kids is one of the clients who develop marketing focused on culture. Trough the planning and executing of actions that aggregate value to the brand and attract clients to the stores, Proa introduced children and the whole family in the cultural universe, through educative proposals that increased social and cultural values. The use of culture as a marketing tool was the starting point to promote the brand. Proa worked in partnership with Iris Agency, responsible for the brand visual planning and for the Caracol Baby & Kids social networks. Proa developed actions as Book Day, in 2011, which brought to Caracol Baby & Kids store in Casa Forte children to read books and storytelling, approaching the literature universe in a playful way; and the Caracolando on Sundays, that happened in December, in the three stores (Casa Forte, Graças and Boa Viagem), and brought popular culture to children through mamulengo theater and values of preservation and sustainability, as well as a workshop of Toys Recycling. Another project was the Mini Fantasy Carvalheira, in 2012 Carnival. Children and parents enjoyed an exclusive lounge of Caracol Baby & Kids and could share, trough internet, theirs costumes and be part of a Costume Contest, whose winner won advantages to buy in the stores. All actions aimed to introduce culture to children day by day, being able to educate and preserve the childhood of each one.
